"I threw up privacy wards. It'd take Rahal to crack them." she paused one moment. "Or Boyuan using the passcode, but they have to think of that one first." The meant that they had a moment at least, given it shouldn't be clear who was in here. "And I agree. Scottlyn, shut up. In fact, shut up and listen. You are going to meet me here, every day, at 6 am. We are going to grab one of the labs, and you are going to fucking learn so you stop committing so many faux pas and start being able to defend yourself." Molly was tired of Brandon taking the gentle path. Plus, she was furious anyone would call her a kid, and she had the power to enforce it.
Scottlynn fell silent, then crossed her arms. "You can't make me do that. I have work starting at 8 am, and there's no way we'd get anything meaningful done before I had to leave for the morning rush. Why are you two even so calm!" She had started to freak out and the potion she had been dosed with before coming over had definitely worn off. He eyes were wide and she began to hyperventilate.

Catherine was silent as she held her head, the room spinning from the brief squabble between the Sergeant and the girl. "Then you better pray that today isn't one of the days Rahal comes in then Bronson..." Catherine said, trying to remember what day it was.
"Seriously...Scottlyn, shut the fuck up or I will make you." Catherine commanded, clearly still feeling the effects of the fight against Griogre. Without some of her personal wards, she was finding it difficult to function. While she had temporarily rid them of the man who called himself her father, they were still stuck until one or both of them could raise their personal defenses again.
"And yes, you're going to be here at 5:00am. Laura can cover you." She added pushing aside the nausea that was currently creeping it's way up her stomach. "You are not that god damned special."

"Ah fuck it. I'm too tired to hold the glamour." Molly let her glamour fall and she sighed, curling up some. Psychic battles took a toll on her. Holding up a physical glamour while recovering wasn't something she wanted to do. She'd have to, once they left this room, but she didn't want to at this point. "One more word Scotty, and I duck tape you to the ceiling. I've done it to people before. I did it to Brandon when he was a kid. You can ask." That had been hilarious and well worth it. The sergeant let her head rest. "God, my head. I hate being possessed." She'd have to put the glamour up to leave but for now, holding a privacy ward was all she wanted to do as she recovered.
The sergeant counted the days and grunted. "He's not in today. That would be a mess and a half. Bad enough the kid saw me with my glamour down." Catherine was...bearable. The kid? Not so much. As far as Molly was concerned, she would have been much happier if no one had seen her true form. It was embarrassing, being this small, this...unfinished. It was much easier to be Molly, strong, fierce, tall Molly than it was this small nutty form with it's stupid pointed ears.
Scotty fell silent and looked away, not happy that she'd have to come in for this. Yes, it would likely help her handle this sort of stuff more, but that didn't mean she liked the idea. Especially given it looked like she was going to learn from a kid of all things. A kid in a trench coat, basically, pretending to be an adult.
