"I was trying to be subtle!" Tyrus called out as the fire caught one of the werewolves by surprise. Down an opponent, he tossed the one behind him over his shoulder and cast a quick lightning spell. It hit given his opponent was prone on the ground and the force of it fried the wolf hard enough he passed out. By now, the commotion had caught people's attention and Tyrus groaned. This was why he had been trying to keep it as quiet as possible.
Werewolves were indistinguishable from humans. This was not going to go down well in the press. Assuming they would even remember this and not be accused of being too drunk to think straight. He was hoping that would be the tact taken.
This left the third werewolf who headed to Catherine. "Go back to your meal. I can handle this now." If the kid gloves were off, he could handle it just fine. If they were going to skip the whole keep the unseen quiet and out of bad press thing.

"Subtlety doesn't work with these idiots!" Catherine said pointedly. If she had to, she would convince the bar that this had never happened. It wouldn't exactly be easier, but it could be done if need be. "How the hell did you even catch their attention anyway?!" She asked watching as the lightening bolt fried the other. She seriously hoped that there were not reinforcements coming, then they would really be in trouble. Tyrus was supposed to have been trying to blend in, and not be noticed; something that it appeared the mage had failed at in epic proportions.
"My date is already gone." She snapped, clearly having decided that Tyrus wasn't capable of passing this test.

"I don't know. I was eating and they came up from nowhere." He knocked out the final one with a right hook and huffed. "This is ridiculous. Maybe they smelled me or something." He had been enjoying his meal and now this shit. Tyrus tugged at his hair and glared at her. How the hell did this even happen? Everything was going so smoothly." He had gotten out of here with nothing more than a headache. He had mostly finished his meal. And then these three idiots showed up. Annoyed, Tyrus kicked one of the ones on the ground none too gently.
"Whatever. I need to go check on my meal. I went a little overboard." If he killed her, he'd need to figure out what to do with the body. If not, he'd need to figure out how to get her medical help.

"Zeii să fie copilul blestemat ..." Catherine muttered to herself as she surveyed the three werewolves, who were currently down for the count. They'd survive, but would more than likely wake up hurting and with an axe to grind. That of course meant a target on them for the foreseeable future, as well as likely having to justify her actions to Grigoire, her father and own sire. Sometimes the politics of the vampire courts could be just as bad as anything else.
"If you killed her, you killed her. Next time don't wait so long to eat." She scolded. Tyrus was possibly one of the most difficult fledglings she'd ever encountered, often too smart for his own good. He wasn't yet skilled or experienced enough to keep himself out of trouble, and often his impatience got the better of him.

"I won't." The real question would be what to do with the body if he had killed her. Hopefully she was just unconscious. "Finding time to eat is just tricky." He neglected it perhaps more than he should given all his other duties. It took time to do correctly. "Are you going back in to try again?" Since she was convinced her meal was gone. Tonight had been a spectacular bust and he fully blamed the werewolves. He knew it just looked like he was making out. He was careful about that.
This entire situation sucked and as far as he was concerned he wasn't to blame. Tyrus rubbed his head and resisted the urge to grab the charm out of his pocket. Somehow, he had a feeling at least part of this was testing his shields without aid. It wasn't his faut that everyone thought so loudly here though.

Catherine didn't answer Tyrus's question. Instead she thought about finding herself another meal without Tyrus in tow, it was still early enough that the bars hadn't let out yet. She could still have herself a decent evening that didn't include having to fend for a fledgling. It hadn't been her choice to have him turned, and even less of an idea to be stuck with her as the sire. Catherine could go back in and tried again, but wasn't sure how safe it would be. While humans and others of the unseen were generally not a problem, the local werewolves seemed to have problems with the unseen in spades.
Catherine didn't know what more they could possibly want, they easily passed, were given first choice on many rural areas and even some urban areas. For the longest time they had been treated with care and deference; especially when she had had anything to say about it. It was easier and more beneficial to keep an ally than to fight an enemy.
"Fine, don't eat... don't pay attention to anything but your bloody books and starve. You're on your own."
Turning on her heel, she walked back towards the bar. This time she would keep a look out for any potential problems and get rid of them before it boiled down to another fight.

"Urgh." He headed to the car and checked on the human. She was alive, but barely so. He sighed and hauled her to the front of the bar, setting her gently down in front of it where she wouldn't be stepped on. Well, she was alive. Hopefully she'd stay so. "This is ridiculous." He dropped the charm over his head and pulled his hair out from under it. Annoyed, he stomped over to his car and got in. "I do more than just read my damn books. She can try finding time to eat with my workload." This wouldn't be a problem if they were just allowed to drink the donated blood that the court used to use.
He was an inch from just ordering blood bags and saying screw the court. This entire thing was ridiculous. He had no doubt that he had failed whatever test that just was and done so spectacularly. It had been going so well until suddenly it hadn't.
