Flynn took his arm, as she once did with Molly, absent a shunt as she stepped forward to feel a milky soft quiver about the dematerialized remains of her flesh. The dreaming armor really wasn't particularly fond of external hauling through the void thus such inherent displeasure by way of the pact and Flynn never really got used to it. Even if the independent construct running in her shadow knew she underwent it voluntarily. A faint ticking immediately from her pack as they arrived when the sextant started to recalculate her path to the nearest underworks entrance. The little ones sniffed at the air as her hand left their heads but kept their quiet death-grip to her chest.
Her pack made a metallic 'ding' as her sextant finished though ignored it as the husk's darting milky eye re-centered for her head to look at Alex and chuffed, "You would call a town Trouble. I'm not going anywhere near a town here after what I hear from the humans. I'll start toward the dryads."
An eye to the tall trees and abundance-fed isolation her world just couldn't support, "This whole fae plane is trouble. I'm here for information, and to delay a corruption-eater, not violence. I'll try not to set anyone on fire that isn't trying to kill me or the little ones."
A Far and Deep that didn't want her somewhere wasn't too unfamiliar and definitely recognized the mildly hostile tone. It was what they did. Guards were always suspicious. Reachers went forward if only to see how much as they could get away with. Though she had a newfound appreciation for the whelps that Didi always had wanted her to have. Her options were growing fewer to protect them.
Even if unoffended couldn't resist an acerbic retort, "Though you know, the only reason the humans don't throw the unseen off their plane is that they don't have the power yet and didn't know for sure you existed. Second is done and someone's been bricking up cracks around the gates for the first."
