"It doesn't come off kiddo. I'm stuck with it, 24/7." And she hated every second of it. Hopefully no one else nearby would mind the two kids much. They were mostly good kids after all. They whistled more than enough, but they were mostly good kids. She snorted and smoothed the cowlick down. "Let's not make Quinn look ridiculous."Well, anymore than he already did. Time passed and watching the two was mostly easy. Then she realized she had been counting on the dyacare to feed them lunch and she hesitated, looking them over. "....Cantine is it. Hopefully they have something you two will eat."

At first their stay near her desk was mostly quiet in that both sat and watched the other adults moving to and fro about the area. Then Thebus pressed at Quinn's shoulder with both hands his mouth open. Trilling at him wanting to play. Quinn was reluctant but trilled as Thebus play-bit at his shoulder to which Quinn retaliated with a smack of his hand. A raucous melodic squabbling and open handed smacks started up at the front of her desk as they roughhoused together in front of her desk. Smacks of skin on face sounded worse than the inured glee to such things as children carried. Their fingers and thumb folded away Thebus aimed a bit wrong and rapped his brother with his knuckles instead of the flat of a hand. Quinn grunted loudly a breathy hiss ended hind-end first in Molly's trash can. His brother arrived shortly to paw over his face warbling softly. Quinn wriggled from a bent wedged position the larger ungainly glamour making it hard for Thebus trying to pull him out.

Molly watched the two and sighed. They had been doing so well too. More amused than not, she pulled Quinn out of the trash can and put the trash can upright, cleaning up the spill trash and then holding Quinn on her lap. "How about you stay right here and take a nap?" Children took naps, right? She was pretty certain that children took naps at least, or that they were supposed to. And hopefully by separating the brothers there wouldn't be another play fight.
She eyed Thebus and then picked him up too and then set him on her lap too. "Second though. Both of you take a nap. Or at least calm down."

Quinn warbled at his freedom shedding papers, smiles, and an abundance of teeth while looking up at Molly. A single playful kick went toward Thebus whom ducked out of the way and squeaked back at him. Once on Molly's lap however he looked at Molly then turned to grasp her midsection to sleep. The tight grip of a one-sided girdle was still easy to breathe but difficult to dislodge. Thebus however sat against his back and looked back then to the screen she was interacting with. Watching intently.

Molly watch this Quinn fell asleep glad that at least one of them was behaving. Of course Thebus was still wide awake, and that could cause some serious problems. He seems to be the more rambunctious of the two whelps. Still he was mostly behaving, so she could live with it.
"If you attack this computer, I will spank you." Not that he knew what she was saying but she hoped the intent came through in her tone. That was about the only real way she had to communicate with the whelps. She really needed to see if Flynn could tell her how else she could talk to them.
babysitting two tiny dinosaur beings with a lot harder than she thought it was going to be. But they were kind of her responsibility now, and she was going to try and do her best. Hopefully Flynn would be there soon to help.

Thebus looked up at Molly with a grin though it softened as he heard the tone of her admonition. He was interested in what she was working on however and looked forward to her papers and reports. He nabs a pen on the table and warbles gleefully poking and pulling at it. The button got his attention by being the only moving part. Squeezed between Thebus and Molly the obediently sleepy Quinn started to snore in notes scaled along with each breath. The awake Thebus turned to give an open handed prod at Quinn's head who snorted and stopped making noise.
Downstairs, Flynn was now done sending her letter festooned with far too much postage unsure as how much it would take to get to wherever the letter said it should. Now she was going back to see her whelps but realized midway to going back to Molly's home that she was at work now. That was a bit further walk and it had taken her several hours on foot. Just a bit tired and out of breath she coughed once and went into the lobby. There had to be a desk nearby and figured she could call 'herself' somehow. Her Tongues spell wasn't called Eyeballs so she couldn't really read what the devices they used to communicate meant or the old books that seemed to have names in them.
She went to the front desk where someone guarded the entrance figuring they'd know who Molly was, "Hello. Can you contact my desk?"

"Of course Sergeant." They dialed her desk at the reception desk and gave Flynn the phone. On the other end Molly picked up, and made certain to hold Thebus back from the phone. "Sergeant Bronson speaking." She took the pen from Thebus, by this point annoyed by the pen clicks. "Go to sleep already kiddo." She murmured, covering the phone mouthpiece so that the other end couldn't hear her. At least Quinn was asleep. One whelp was still difficult to deal with, but both meant slap fights and tumbling children.
Hopefully, Flynn would come soon to pick up the kids.

She made her best imitation of a pleasant smile to the receptionist. Her eyes had to look around to see someone else with the phone and have an idea which way was up. Her angle more suited to her own 'head' but functioned well enough for the shadow of Molly she wore.
Molly's own voice answered through the earpiece albeit with a moment of mental panic at the fore, "Hello, this is... me. I'm at the entrance. Do you have the pair of things for me? I sent the regal letter we carry I hope it has enough of the paper chits to send it there. I had to duplicate the name by eye the red lady's missive is artistic."
Thebus flailed upward as Molly took the pen from him though cocked his head at the phone hearing a familiar noise and staring intently.

"The kids? Yeah I've got them. I'll bring them right down. See you soon.' She hung up and stood up carefully, picking up both of the whelps. With a smile, she carried them down the stairs and to the lobby, then spotted Flynn and headed over. It looked like the kiddos were going to be out of her hair for a bit. That was good, she did have to work after all. "Hey Flynn. I tried putting them in the daycare - that's where someone watches over many kids around this age - but there was a fight, so they couldn't stay."
She grinned slightly, more amused than not. "Apparently Thebus bit someone."

Flynn eyed the desk sergeant, "Thank you, ah, sir?"
She waited there for a moment in the lobby while looking at a pamphlet the realizing that Molly was already downstairs. Her glance and wide eyes looked at Molly with the two whelps then to the front desk then back again. A realization dawns that this particular meeting was rather incongruent for observers even if they both had the visible jewelry additions if different clothing by inheriting whatever geas lay upon Molly.
Flynn's voice as Molly laughed as she heard the whelps keeping the peace, "Ha! They keep the peace. If they were girls in a group it would be worse for the male! Do they not separate the children there? I can't get the feathers to mark them for safety right now."
Flynn reached out for Thebus first the rambuctious sort that he was though looking in slight confusion between the two. Thebus' instinct could tell one Molly was more clutch mother than the other but they both smelled like brood mother.

"It's not separated by gender, no. From the sounds of it a fight broke out and Thebus rushed to someone's defense." He was a fighter, that was for sure. "Leaving them there even for a bit was...they didn't seem to take well to it at first." She admitted and handed Thebus over. Flynn was the actual mom after all. Then again, Quinn could stay as far as she was concerned. "You're going to have to teach more how to communicate with them. And I haven't fed them lunch just yet, but there's a burger place down the street. We can walk there together and they can have hamburgers."
Did they eat bread? Well, if not, the hamburger was at least meat. And they were growing, so she should probably get two for each, shouldn't she? Kids were complicated.
Meanwhile the desk officer was looking between the two. He swallowed and dialed one of the officers. "Lieutenant Boyuan? Your, um partner is down here. But there are two of her. And two toddlers with them. Did her sister get released?" He could have sworn said sister, a legend for most of the officers, was dead.

Flynn laughed, "Ha ha! A good male stops others from fighting or they won't survive their first persecution of female whelps!"
She shrugged and petted Thebus on his head, "Times were more brutal when I was a whelp I guess some males did not survive before separation. Your nursery keeper is a soft egg though a little biting will make them behave."
Canting her head Molly's pink tongue extended then stuck back in with a furtive look. Humans didn't quite do that which was something she was still getting used to. How were they supposed to smell like their brood mother?
In return to the moment she pulls the Molly suit's tongue in, "Ah, What did they not like about the Nursery? It's well lit and you have food right? I can teach you to whistle to them with these hamburgers and a good throat for it!"
She turns out her pockets pulling out a dollar and change, "I do not have much money for food yet though. I bought mail chits with the money I was given at the library."

Xiaolian picked up the phone at her desk and listened boredly. More than likely someone had either lost their badge, and Lily's number, or was just being lazy. "Speaking." She answering the initial query. "What did Bronson do this time?" She asked only hearing half of the man's question. Usually anything to do with Molly was far from simple, the woman seemed to be able to get herself in more trouble than any of the other officers. She seriously questioned why Council had even approved the other's application to the specialist team. "Sister...?" Xiaolian then asked as a sickening chill coursed down her spine. Karato to most of the team's knowledge, at least those who remembered it, was gone. Banished and destroyed, someone with more power than her had made sure of it. "I'll be there immediately."
Xiaolian hung up and took a quick glance around the area around her desk before disappearing and reappearing down in the lobby next to Molly without any prior warning. "Bronson!" She said cheerfully, clapping her partner on the back suddenly. "You didn't tell me you had family visiting?" Xiaolian asked, doing well to keep her concern hidden behind a mask of cheerful neutrality. If the Warden caught wind of this, their lives would be even more hellish. The woman did not like her team doing things behind her back, especially if it was Molly.

Molly yelped and nearly brained Xiaolian before she realized who it was. "What the hell, Boyuan? If I'm not allowed to flash about the precinct, you aren't either." she had a feeling the other was here more because of Flynn than anything else. She rolled her eyes. "And this is Flynn. She's borrowing my form for a bit so she can blend in, that's all. This isn't Karato."
There was a note of bitterness in her voice at that. No her demon hadn't been nice at all, but she had been Molly's. "Flynn, this is my work partner, Boyuan. Boyuan, this is Flynn, Thebus, and Quinn." She pointed to each in turn, and ruffled Thebus's hair. "This one bites, so careful. I had been watching them for a bit as they get settled in Dallas." Seriously, everyone acted like she was nothing but trouble.
Molly behaved just fine. "Circumstances are complicated, so Flynn needed a physical glamour and needed a model for that glamour to be based off of. I volunteered. She's...she's related to my Other Job." Not that she ever spoke about her other job, except for admitting she had one and so sometimes would be in cellular dead zones. It wasn't like cell towers could reach across planes after all.

Flynn winced as Xiao showed up the veins in her exposed skin getting just slightly darker for a moment. A voluntary husk could suffer through a great deal more than the one she took from the sleeping Bill. Husks were still part-magical but a willing had organs its own. Her voice in the husk at least in structure a duplicate to Molly's though not the words used. She smiled and warbled at the whelps whom calmed markedly at the petting from Molly.
Sounding out a proper noun through Tongues betrayed adept whistling,"[Boing?] I think I remember getting this headache before. A Far and Deep partner I think?"
The husk's heartbeat sped up a bit to compensate as dark veins abated, "Well meeting your also-gan [Boing] happens eventually. Only dreaming things have eyes more keen."
