Molly tried to bolt, panicking at the thought of being locked to this plane, of being locked to any plane. It didn't work though, and her eyes were wide with panic as the thee councilors worked in concert to bind her magic and what she felt was her sense of self. The planeswalker was seriously panicking now though. She was in so much trouble and not just with the council, and she had never not been able to planeswalk and the idea of being stuck. She didn't even have a car of her own and only had a license because she had needed one for work, and oh no!
Her panic was clear as she tried to escape.
Without mercy, Kasimir helped cast the spell. She would learn, and if she actually showed she had learned, perhaps they could eventually lesson the binding. Until then, she would live her life bound tight. The vampire knew she deserved it, and knew it was the only way she would learn. Regardless, it was doubtful they'd let her planeswalk for a very long time.
A bracelet appeared on one wrist, a ring on a finger of the opposite hand. Under her top, a runic ring appeared, tattooed into her very skin, only the slightest color different, the effects of the binding taken physical form.

The Councilors had obviously learned how to deal with especially difficult or gifted magic users. The binding was the product of this, the tattoo an ultimate fail safe in case the individual did find a way to alter or remove the other two items. It didn't happen often, but bindings had failed before. Unfortunately for Molly, the Council had learned from their mistakes and they had ensured that this binding would stick. "You are bound from harming yourself, bound from harming others, and bound from your magic Molly Bronson." Agathon announced. He was certain that the other would not be happy, but there had to be consequences for her actions.
"Until such a time as you have demonstrated control and responsibility to our satisfaction, the binding will remain." June explained. She could see the fear in the fae's eyes, but hoped that the fear would teach her.

"You will be monitored during this time to keep track of any progress you make. Work hard and this need not be permanent." Left unsaid was that if she didn't work hard at improving herself, the binding would remain. The fae could extrapolate. He watched her, satisfied that they had managed to keep her in the room long enough.
"...I don't even have a car. I don't even know how to get here without shifting planes." She whispered, terrified. She was in so much trouble. Her mentor was going to kill her. She was bound tight. She tested and flinched as she realized that entire sense was pinned back from her, trapping her here. She had never taken the long way here. She didn't even know where here was, not really. When she had left earlier, she hadn't gone far before just Walking out all over again. And human levels of magic!
Could she even do magic? Was there anything left for her?

"Then you will just have to learn, won't you?" June commented, in no mood to deal with Molly's excuses. "You wanted to be a human, now here's your chance girl." She added before standing and leaving the chamber.
Binding any individual was always traumatic, not just for the individual, but sometimes the one administering it. None of the Councilors wanted to deliberately inflict pain without reason.

Kasimir sighed and joined the rather shocked Molly on the floor, taking her by her elbow. "Come on. We'll get you some water, then you can stay here while you remove the stickers from everyone's doors. When that's done, I'll show you how to get to Dallas from here. But first, you have to clean up the mess you made." He scolded and then shook his head. "You don't pass for old enough to be on your own yet, so you'll have to be careful."
Molly let him take her arm and lead her to his office for some water, listening to him give her rather paternal advice the entire time, still in more shock than she cared to admit.
