"My thoughts exactly." June replied nodding. Most of the Council knew every Ward Breaker and Tracker that worked within the sphere of their influence, officer or not. "This stops here and this stops now." She added glancing back over at Agathon again. "When you're done playing with yourself, Agathon, we need your help with something."
June was far from amused with the antics of MCU's youngest ward breaker; and if she didn't feel it would cause undue problems for all involved, would have come down on the fae child as the goddess instead of the avatar. "I'm willing to bet that it's exactly who we both think. It's a childish enough and brazen enough prank." The petite woman commented as she hurried down the hallway, heels clicking rythmically on the polished black marble of the floors.

"If it is, we bind her magic and bind her to this plane. She's talented enough that I don't want to simply jail her. Besides, it would have to be an incredibly special cell that she'd never be able to leave. Like half the specialists in Dallas, she can go on permanent parole." It was easier to keep track of the trouble makers if they all stayed in one place. There was a reason Dallas was full of the problem officers. Still, he couldn't help but smirk at the note of playing with himself. That was rather accurate, wasn't it?
This was going to be messy. He paused and smirked. "And bind her ability to glamour. She's fae, it's close enough to human she'll pass. And maybe if we lock one of her tricks from her, we can eventually get through to her." Fae. He hated dealing with fae. They were, without a doubt, incredibly complicated to deal with and a pain in the ass. This one was proving ridiculous and if there wasn't a good use for her, he'd suggest they just lock her to the fae realm.

"All excellent ideas Klein, but you do of course realize that that is big magic. The only one of us.. to my knowledge that works big magic willingly is Eusthios. But.. I'm sure he can be convinced in time to aid this endeavor." June said thoughtfully. If this failed, there were other options. Unfortunately, she wasn't terribly willing to consider them just then and there. "Fae though.. makes it a tad bit trickier politically." She remarked, thinking that this meant involving Dumitrescu. They would have to involve her anyway, as she was Bronson's direct superior. But still, most of the Council avoided the Warden and she avoided them. It was better that way as their relationship had always been extordinarily difficult and tenuous at the best of times.
"You realize, only other individual with a binding as tight as the one your suggesting is..." She began before the thought trailed off into nothingness.
It didn't take long to retrieve the ancient analogue tapes from the cameras that had recorded them the night before. With a little bit of magic, quite literally, they had their answer. The tapes showed Molly quite shamelessly placing the stickers on each of the Councilors doors, before disappearing to wait for them to be discovered later that morning.
"Either way, I believe at least a portion of our problem is solved."

"I realize. However, she won't learn if she isn't at bare minimum, bound to this plane. Bind her to human levels of magic." He said, watching the tape. "She's gone too far this time." She had gone too far many times, but never to the council. He sighed. this was going to be a mess and a half. the only other option though would be to banish her to the fae realms and he had no doubt she'd find a way to get from there as well. Besides, as far as he knew, she had never even been to the fae realms, not in her living memory. This was not a situation he was looking forward too. "Let's see is Eusthios is willing to do the binding."
If he was, then they could summon Molly here. Though they'd need some anchor for her to the plane they were on before that. She'd just slip out otherwise. It was damned impossible to make her stay in one place.

June sighed as she considered the consequences of the actions they were about to perform. Binding Molly to their plane would be met with a lot of resistance, and it wasn't going to be from anyone but Molly herself. While still considered a child, at least in the eyes of most of the fae, the other had made the conscious decision to live as a human; albeit a magically gifted one, but still a human. This came complete with following the human precepts for age and expected behaviors, or so one would hope. Instead, the child was acting on fantasies and imagination, hoping that she'd be luck enough that she wouldn't get caught.
"Yes, I know. This isn't going to end well, but it must be done." She agreed. Summoning Molly would be done easily enough, but what came after would be the hard part. June didn't much care for the Council's policy of binding certain individuals, but at the same time she did understand that there was a need for some privileges to be revoked until such a time as they could be reinstated.
"But, yes.. I agree. I'll see if Eusthios is done moping over that damn door."

Any needed prep work was done, and Kasimir waited patiently in the council chambers. "This isn't going to go well." He pointed out to June. "She's a child. She'll throw a tantrum. We should probably be prepared that." The issue was that she was a magically talented fae child who had never met the word no in her life. This was going to go terribly and he knew it. Still, it was necessary and frankly, something should have been done of the tiny fae headache earlier. How she had managed to keep her secret for so long when her behavior was exactly what you'd expect from a child of that age was beyond him.
Still, this meant that at least they thought she was marginally redeemable. They weren't killing her for it at least, which given her record was a kindness. And people called the council cruel. He sighed and looked to Agathon. "I think we're all ready. Go ahead and summon her." This was not something he wanted to deal with today, but Molly had forced their hands. She could be a fae child or a human adult. And since she wanted to be a human adult badly, they would treat her as if she was one. This behavior would stop, even though they needed to force the issue. "I suggest we force her to have guardians as well, if you know of any that would be able to handle her."
If.

Agathon nodded and reached out, stretching a hand towards the sun and moon intertwined together on the floor of the chambers. The design had been chosen by their predecessors for its symbolism of strength, power, and eternity. All things that were generally representative of the Council and the magical population it saw fit to guide. "I've taken the liberty of giving the girl no warning. So.. prepare yourselves." The mage said as he turned his attention back to the spell he wove in effort to pull the young fae into their chambers and ground her there.
"All else fails... I do have other methods of managing the girl." June admitted, though she'd like to not use them as they were quite exhausting. She'd also rather come to like being human, or rather human enough to the knowledge of most of MCU and Council. "But you have a point, this isn't going to end well and I have a rough idea of who will bear the brunt of this too."

"If I thought another office could handle her, I'd have her transferred from Dallas." He murmured and watching as Molly appeared, still in her natural form, dress for the gym. The fae looked around and managed an uncertain smile. This was very not good. Tentatively, she tested the magic around the chamber and discovered she couldn't actually leave. This was very, very not good.
"Councilors. This is unexpected." This was very unexpected. Had she missed a camera? Oh hell, if they knew it was her, she was in so very much trouble. The fae teen nodded to them in greeting and tested the barriers again. No, these had been made to keep her in. Those took a lot more time to figure out than keeping her out of a place, and it seemed like these ahd been set specifically for her.
Oh yeah, they definitely knew.

"Good afternoon Sergeant Bronson. We'd like to ask you a few questions about an incident last night that involved defacing Council property... you wouldn't happen to know anything about that would you?" Agathon asked as he glowered at the fae standing in the center of their chamber. He could sense her attempts to probe at the magic, seeking to understand and know it's secrets. Unfortunately, they had taken time enough to prepare correctly for the planeswalking fae, and she was now dependent on their mercies.
"Bronson.. we came in this morning to our doors plastered in stickers. As I'm sure you know, most upper ranking officers and members offices have wards that can be violated, therefore putting their safety and security at risk." June spoke, explaining patiently enough. They would at least give the girl a chance to explain her actions before slapping the binding on. This time they'd make sure it couldn't be circumvented or removed.

Oh yeah, she was in so much trouble. And that stupid truth speaking spell was still on her, so she'd have to speak around it if at all possible. Cleverness might get her out of the worst of the trouble, or at least not tossed in a Molly proof cell in Broadmoore. Reformed or not, Molly had heard horror stories and given they were able to keep her here, they could probably keep her there. "I would happen to know something about that." She said and winced. There was no lying either. "And I am aware that wards are considered very important, especially for our upper level officers and members." She said.
"Stickers should come off fairly easily, councilor." She pointed out. "I'm glad it was such a harmless thing, and not something much worse." And she was because there was no getting out of this at all. She was in so much trouble. The fae swallowed as she looked up at them.
Truth spells were terrible. She could barely even talk around it this much.

June looked at Molly quizzically for a moment before turning to Agathon. "Is there anything on her preventing her from speaking... accurately?" She asked the mage. June recognized the pattern of half truths and evasion, clearly something was preventing her from flat out lying like she might have. There was more going on that either three of them realized, and while they were intent on making an example from this incident, they did need to know all factors involved.
"I believe so... this is quite interesting." Agathon remarked taking a moment to look at not only his own magic patterns but those surrounding Molly. "Someone has placed quite an elegant but simplistic compulsion on the child." He explained to June, who nodded and turned back to Molly.
"Explain yourself child and we may yet be kind." She said

The problem with dealing with the council was that they were intelligent and experienced enough to know when she was talking around things. "...Warden Dumitrescu put a truth compulsion on me." She admitted. "Shortly after a botched examination spell from Dr. Richter, which has incapacitated my ability to form a glamour." She had incredibly few clothes suitable for work or working out in that fit this shape. Still, they asked for an explanation.
"I shouldn't have done it. I know I shouldn't have done it. I don't know why I did it. I don't mind tweaking people's noses, but your noses are a bit too important to tweak." she shifted looking uncomfortable. She didn't know how to explain things. "I've not been up to any mischief lately at all. I'm trying to not get into trouble. But it started to get to be too much? And so I thought up a harmless thing to do. They're just stickers, they're magically inert, and they weren't going to effect any spells present or safety. And besides, it's important to know if I can get in. If I can, someone else can." She pointed out, words spilling out rapidly now. "I didn't think I'd actually do it, but sometimes even just planning things out helps make it stop, and I wasn't going to, honest, but then. Everything boiled up. And now I'm...I'm nut brown and short, and my ears are pointed and I can't stop any of that, and I have to tell the absolute truth and I can't even properly tell half truths."
And it was entirely too much pressure. "And I know I'm supposed to be an adult, I know, but it's so hard some times." She didn't know how to put it, didn't know how to put the burning pressure that made it so hard, that stressed her so much. The stickers were ultimately harmless, and it was downright friendly and the pressure had abated so much and they wouldn't even take too long to get off. Well, the ones of the chamber doors would, but that was it.

During all of this, June struggled to keep a straight face while Agathon simply sat there and glowered. She found in highly amusing that Catherine of all people had had enough of Molly's lying antics to put the spell on her, especially when she was one of the few Wardens who wouldn't use magic. Sure enough, the woman was an extraordinarily talented psionic, but even that seemed to have its limitations. "Miss Bronson.. you do realize the gravity of this situation do you not?" Agathon asked bluntly as he put up a hand to stop the young woman in her tracks. He had more than likely heard through the grapevine of the unseen about Molly's antics and her response to punishment.
"The problem we see here Miss Bronson is that this is a recurring issue with you. So we've made the unfortunate decision to take matters into our own hands, as much as it pains us to do so." June said, after having eventually found her composure.

"Take the matters in?" Molly paled rapidly, color bleaching from her skin as she looked up at the council, eyes wide. "H-how do you intend on that councilors?" This was not pretty. This was not going to be pretty. She really didn't want to actually hear their next words, but she also couldn't leave. She was stuck in here, no outs. This wasn't good. Molly swallowed as she looked up at them, body taut with the desire to run.
Kasimir watched her and sighed. "Stop dragging it out June. Miss Bronson will just have more time to attempt to flee." He pointed out and leaned forward watching her. Molly tested the wards keeping her in again, ready to leave at any moment. Kasimir kept an eye on her, well aware of what she was trying to do. The problem with planeswalkers was the minute one stopped being a moral person, well. They escaped trouble all too easily.

June just rolled her eyes at Kasimir's response. "I'm getting there...patience." She replied, knowing that she could have said other things that were less than kind. For now though, she would bite her tongue and keep her thoughts to herself. "Molly Bronson, for you latest misdeeds the Council has seen fit to punish you." June informed the fae standing before them. "We will enforce our rules until a time such as it is deemed appropriate for you. We will be preventing use of your... creative glamour, locking you to this plane, and binding you to human levels of magic. You will learn to live, work, and exist as the human you so painfully desire." She finished nodding to Kasimir and Agathon.
This next bit of magic would require the three of them to work, plus the assistance of any paiges present from each Councilor's office.
