Sometimes, when Molly went too long without some form of mischief, it just built up in her. She didn't know if it was a race thing or a her thing, but the truth was, sometimes, she just had to do something mischievous. She had been preparing for this for a good two weeks though. She had a solid thirty minutes before anyone walked by the council room doors and a half hour and some prep time was more than enough time to do what she planned. It was two am, she knew the patrol schedule, and she had trouble on the mind. To that end, she grinned as she stepped out into the hall careful to make it seem like she was coming out of the nearby bathroom, making certain the door opened and closed. She grinned as she pulled out a tube from the backpack she wore and began pulling out strips of tape, all of which had a ton of googly eyes tiled on them. Carefully, she taped the eyes to the door, lining the tape up just so. She wanted the maximum number of eyes. A murmured spell and a few twitches of her fingers gave the smallest breath of magic as the tape promptly changed, shriveled and disappeared into glue on the back of each of the eyes. There, now it would look like she had spent quite a bit of time gluing googly eyes to the doors of the council chambers.
Step one was complete.
Step two commenced. The councilor offices weren't far. She slipped over there on quiet feet, keeping her ears out for the patrol and grinned wickedly as she made her way to the first office. Quick work meant that door number one now had a frowning face on it. Well, giant dinner plate sized googly eyes and a frown. The next door got a laughing face, the one after than an angry face, then a crying face. Molly stepped back and admired her work after the next three doors were done, then checked her watch. She still had a bit of time for some...personalization.
With a grin she pulled out a sticker book and decorated the doors quickly, a new sticker book for each councilor. Giggling quietly to herself, she hurried out the building, avoiding being seen by the guards as she slipped out. She didn't want to just Walk out. That was pushing it a lot more than hiding in a bathroom stall would have been. Giggling wildly, Molly made her way home, entirely too amused. That had been well worth it! She couldn't wait to hear the commotion come morning.
In the council building, seven doors decorated with giant googly eyed faces and each with a themed set of stickers stood silent. And the door to the council chambers, now covered in eyes, looked on.

June was the first to arrive and survey the damage done to what had previously been a rather nice and solid, old growth oak door. "Oh for the love of... Gods be damned Summers can't you find something else to do?!" She grumbled as she contemplated how best to deal with the chaos that was currently her door. Thinking for a moment, she tried to remember the last time the other Councilor had even been present for a meeting or at all. "Eusthios! What the hell is all this?!" June then said turning her fellow Councilor who was looking rather sleepy, and staring at his door in confusion that was slowly growing to anger.
"I did nothing my dear Councilor Blackwelder... there is no need for you to be upset." He replied to her accusations gruffly. This was all highly unusual and ideally should not have happened. "Perhaps it is best for you to ask Klein what the meaning of all this is."

Kasimir, a cup of starbucks in hand, held close almost defensively walked in behind them, and didn't even notice until his name had been called. He looked up paused, then closed his eyes and sighed. "This is a weird dream." He grumbled to himself and opened his eyes again. "...or not. When did Summers have the time to do this?" He was pretty certain it had to be the other. But he couldn't recall the last time the other had been here. "Was it Summers? It looks about his level of humor." He tapped one of the eyes and frowned at it.
"...don't we have an intern? They can clean it up. Carefully." That's what interns did. He was pretty certain they had an intern after all. Somewhere. This was intern level work for sure. He wasn't about to scrap them all off.
This was ridiculous, but between June and Alexander, he had become nearly immune. "...I may keep it. It's crying. Seems suitable for a day of work here." The stickers would have to go. He seemed to have gotten vampire themed ones all over his door. That was...well, he was a vampire, so that was something.

"This is not a dream you bloated old bat!" June fumed. Her door was currently covered in plate sized stickers, with some of them being rather juvenile in nature. "I don't know who did it or you you pissed off... but someone put these on our doors and I'm betting that it was one of yours." She said pointing a finger at the vampire. "Besides which, since when do you sleep oh mr. fear me I am vampire?" June asked testily, suspecting that the other did little other than collect a pay check.
Meanwhile, Agathon cautiously poked the stickers on the door. "While I cannot agree with the... intended likeness on mine, it does quite seem to fit you Klein. You are rather mopey and dramatic as of late." The mage commented bluntly. "As for Summers, no one really knows exactly where he's gone to. He seems to show up whenever he thinks it's necessary.. whether we think it is or not."

"You're screaming at me. That doesn't happen in my dreams. In fact, I should have known it wasn't one. The two of you are here. And I sleep. It's relaxing." It just wasn't necessary. Kasimir considered napping a hobby. "I doubt it was one of mine. You seem eager to blame others on this though. Do you not like your stickers?" He thought his mildly amused. This was going to be hilarious. June was going ballistic over an incredibly juvenile prank. "We can check the security tapes. I'm sure they caught something."
Or they better have. He'd hate if they didn't. That meant they'd actually have to involve someone. "Let's contact security and find out why this wasn't reported on one of the patrols and dealt with then."

"Oh really now? And what pray tell am I or maybe... Dumitrescu doing to you in your dreams?" She asked taunting the vampire. Far from amused, June suspected that the other had a strange infatuation with Dallas's newest Warden. Despite all of this, the councilor liked her office tidy, orderly, and without the addition of stickers. She usually respected the Council's property, and her pranks were of the nature that didn't destroy or deface it.
"Technically.. this is defacement of Council property." Agathon remarked as he peeled a sticker off his door, the look of disgust evident across his features. "Cameras? They still haven't been replaced since that last outburst from your pet mage, Klein."

"Many things. She is screaming at me." He admitted. "As per usual. She does hate me." He rolled his eyes at the taunt. He had a type. That type was Catherine. Still he watched Agathon peel a sticker off and looked more amused than not. "We could have the pages work on the doors to remove the stickers. They haven't been here long enough to not come up fast enough." Still at the note of his pet mage, Kasimir snorted.
"I dare you to call him anyone's pet mage to his face. It would make my day." The only people whom he had ever obeyed were his own damn parents. The new Ra got cooperation because they were 'brothers' but so far as he had seen, cooperation was all it was.

June snorted derisively at Kasimir's remarks, suspecting that what he said was far from the truth. "I've never seen her scream at you, so don't pull that one. Have you ever even considered asking other than assuming something you bloody simpleton?" She questioned, intent on inflicting her misery and annoyance on him. Misery did love company after all, and Kasimir seemed decent enough given his propensity to sulk. "Gods above and below, you're as easy to read as a book. I've seen the way you looked at her, it's painfully obvious." June added before turning her attention back to the door.
"Remind me to call you an overgrown leech sometime then." Agathon commented blithely. "You don't do much do you Klein?"

This was a miserable workplace and he spent the majority of his days an inch from appointing a successor and quitting. He was pranked, mocked, generally bullied and made fun of and frankly he was tired of it all. "My crush on her is well known." He said and shrugged. "And yet I don't act on it." Well, not much more to moon over her a little. "And I don't mock my fellows, like both of you do. Enjoy solving the issue. I have work to do." He stepped into his office, refusing to deal with them, closing the door behind himself.
He had no doubt that every door but his would be fixed shortly. He had no doubt that the issues would continue to get worse. He also had no doubt that he would never enjoy coming into work. The vampire crossed the room to his desk and took a tissue from the box there, dabbing at his eyes and the tears that had formed. With a heavy sigh he took his seat and leaned back a second, asking himself why he even bothered to come in, before he sat forward and began to work.
Just because they refused to believe he worked didn't mean that was true. He had reports from various MCU units across the world to review and chart. There was a meeting today between him and the representative for the unseen from Asia. He needed to review those reports especially along with the others he received.
He had work to do, even if the others refused to acknowledge it. He planned only on remaining long enough to find a successor, even if finding a suitable one would take awhile. He was looking though. Gods, was he looking. This was a miserable place to work and his coworkers were vicious, cruel and capricious. It continued to astonish him that June was in charge of children's welfare on the council. She was cruel enough to him that he couldn't see why anyone would trust her with a child. Annoyed with his thoughts, he dabbed at his eyes again and centered himself.
He had work to do.

June sighed and rubbed her temples and considered her options. As much as she disliked working with the mage, the vampire, and some of the other Councilors; it seemed like they'd have to put aside any differences to prevent this from happening again. There were many aspects of this job that were distasteful, but for once it did seem like they had a common enemy or at least someone brazen enough to come in and deface doors.
"All that work for this!" The mage groaned in annoyance as he considered what spell would be of use to best remove the offending objects. The door had been a rather special thing, carved from a rather large piece of hawthorne and inscribed with a few choice alchemical and mystical symbols. All designed to protect the room behind it, and any who entered into the room. It was a good bit of 'big magic' to weave, and he was quite proud of it; especially given the nature of some of the things he had encountered.
"Agathon I know your door is special, but we have a small, little, tiny problem." June commented gesturing to where some of the stickers still sat on the other's door. It appeared that during her brief spat with Kasimir, the other had been trying to remove some of the smaller stickers from the door's surface. "As much as it pains me to say this, I think we at least owe Kasimir an apology... and to deal swiftly with whomever did this."

Kasimir finished up what he was doing, then looked on his MCU roster, sorting it by specialties. He wasn't bothered by the stickers so much as he was by the fact that someone had broken in. Still, if they got here, they likely used magic in some form. To that end he looked closer and wrote down some information on a sticky note. With a sigh he stood and stretched then crossed to the door. He really didn't want to deal with these idiots. Still, they were distressed and it was a huge security breach. They needed to find out who did this.
He rested his head on the door a moment, praying to Ra for patience, then gathered himself and opened the door stepping outside. Seeing June and Agathon still there, he glanced between them. "Pax." He didn't want to deal with their insults. "I've got the name of one of MCU's best magic trackers. He's from the Beijing office, and if magic was used in this, he'll know and should be able to identify and track it." He held the sticky note up and shrugged. "One of us can contact him, but I thought it may be best to let you two know that there was an option." He eyed the doors and rolled his eyes. "And may I suggest removing the stickers and the eyes via mundane ways? Acetone dissolves stickers well enough, along with any glue holding the eyes to the doors. It should also be gentle enough not to damage your door, and hopefully won't disrupt the signs at all."
Magic was not the answer to everything. Besides, he had plenty of experience with stickers. His fledgling was an absolute menace with the things. The woman gave out gold stars to random passerby and had gleefully decorated her door at his house in various decals. As much as he loved his daughter, she was a handful and a half. Not that he had ever even mentioned his fledgling here. He didn't want these harpies to disrupt what amounted to a peaceful home life. He didn't want to subject Anne Marie to the councilors either. They hated him. They'd hate her by proxy.
And he wasn't looking forward to the comparison between Anne Marie and Catherine. They were both blond yes, and had similar features, but that was where the similarities ended. His Anne Marie was much happier than he had ever seen Catherine and more full of life, for all that she was a vampire. There were days he wondered what he saw in Catherine. Then he met her in person and felt that power and knew what he saw in her, all over again. It was inconvenient. Still crushes faded and this one would too. Eventually.

June raised an eyebrow at Kasimir, her attention taken away from Agathon's ranting and raving for a moment. "I'm not sure I want to ask how you know this Klein..." She said carefully. As far as she was aware, the other didn't much care for children or the chaos they produced. "Just.. leave Agathon to whatever it is he's doing. He doesn't seem terribly keen on any alternative interventions." June remarked looking over her shoulder at where the mage was currently drawing some sort of circle around the door. She figured she'd deal with the stickers on her own door when she had more time, if that ever happened, because as always there was a backlog of juvenile and child cases to see.
"But Beijing? Isn't that where Boyuan came out of?" She asked the other, slightly curious. She didn't have the opportunities to deal with the other offices much, especially given the nature of her work. Occasionally when a tribunal was required she'd make up the third Councilor, but those were few and far between. Thinking for a moment, June knew it was an option, they needed to plug the hole in their security before it got worse.

"I think it is, though I'm not sure." Dallas was not the only team of specialists he kept closer tabs on. "And I know that because it's my job June." He was more than a little sharp there. "We're lucky that it was just stickers. I'd rather have this dealt with swiftly. A hole in our security is concerning." He watched Agathon and sighed. The idiot. Magic was the answer to everything for too many magic users. It went to their heads. There was a mundane way to handle it and he'd probably hand it that way.
"Kang Lei is one of our best. He's not got access to a ton of magic, but he has some of the best control I have ever seen and what he does have is incredibly well used. I met him the last time I toured the Beijing branch and I believe we can trust his discretion in the matter." He checked his wrist watch and then did the calculations. "He should be awake right now. Would you like to call him, or shall I? Agathon appears to be busy." Kasimir peeled one of the stickers off her door and shook his head, smiling slightly. Well, at least they hadn't been here for too long. That would help. They seemed to come off well enough. Whoever put them on must have rushed it.
He had his suspicions of course, but well. He'd rather not say,

"If you feel the need to approach a mosquito with a howitzer, then I'll call. Otherwise I'll just go down to security and pull the tapes... like you suggested." June commented, resisting the urge for any further smart comments. Snatching the stickie note from Kasimir's fingers, the woman scowled and squinted at the scrawled number. The man's handwriting was attrocious and many of the numbers were difficult to distinguish from one another. The twos looked like sevens, and the fours like h's; but June swallowed the comment she was about to make about who taught the vampire to write.
Meanwhile the three were still realing from the invasion of privacy. Security was supposed to be important to them, hence their use of sigils, runes, and wards. But this situation was more than just unnerving, it was disturbing at how lax they'd allow themselves to become.
Crossing her arms and thinking for a moment, she looked over at Agathon and then back to Kasimir. "How many ward breakers does MCU employ?"

Kasimir had taught himself to write in a time when literacy wasn't exactly common. In general, he tried to avoid writing now that he could. "If the tapes don't revel who it is then." He agreed. He seriously doubted the tapes would too. The man considered her question carefully. "Worldwide? Perhaps ten. I'd have to check the records to be sure. Ward breakers don't actually want to work with the police." And that was the simple truth. Ward breakers could make much more money illegally. "Do you think one of them did-" He pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed.
"Check the tapes. I'm willing to bet the culprit is either a tall female or a small fae." It depended on how far the culprit thought ahead. If it was who he thought it was, probably not far. "...perhaps we should prepare a binding. A very thorough one." It was the least punishment he could think of.
