Chasm City

Arguably the largest most advanced settlement on Yellowstone, it dwarfs Epsilon Central City. Originally settled by Terrans, it soon developed it's own culture built around the planet's unique features.

Place at and down into a crater on the surface, buildings cling precariously to the sides of canyons making the best of available space. A complex dome rises over the city, protecting it from violent windstorms that lash the planet's surface.

Amerikano society divides itself into two distinct social strata, The Canopy, where the rich cling to a technologically advanced and enabled lifestyle. Then there is the Mulch, the lowest living in shanty towns, presumably relying on the most antiquated and basic means of survival.
